West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

Nice selection. Used Labor Day discount. Easy ordering. Thanks!

We lost our Jimmy unexpectedly and wanted something to have in our new home to keep his memory alive. When I stumbled upon West and Willow it could not have been a more perfect addition to our home. Not to mention their custom service is beyond amazing! Jimmy had a very distinct eye and when we first got his portrait they hadn’t gotten it quite right. However, we loved the portrait so much we didn’t care. After sitting on it for a few weeks and talking to a few people, we decided to reach out to them. There was absolutely no hesitation from them on fixing it and making it just right. We were completely shocked how spot on they were able to get the portrait that sometimes it’s hard to believe it’s not an actual picture. We recommend them to everyone and get complements on his portrait every time someone comes into our home. Thank you West and Willow for helping keeping our best friends memory alive.

Easy to order. Hood communication regarding my question.

I am more than happy with my experience ---Andrian was so very helpful and easy to email with. The customer service I received was excellent and this company went above and beyond to make things right. I have recommend them to all my friends! We love our pictures of our dogs and we cant thank you enough--we need more companies like you!!

My ordering experience was great. I will be able to give a compkete survey when I actually receive the product.

Super fun idea for my daughter to have a pet portrait in her dorm room. The quality of great and the shipping was very fast!

The portrait had ripples throughout; hoping it will flatten out when framed. There was a tiny, but visible black on portrait. Although the portrait is still cute, our pup tan in color (which is easy to incorporate); however, there were more blues and grays used for his hair. Also, I think there as a small but additional charge collected from paypal after I already paid.

To quote my wife, who tried placing an order before giving up and having me do it, "your website is crap"
