It was amazing

Edited: after leaving my original review, the company contacted me and sent a replacement of a larger portrait. The recipient was thrilled with the gift. Custom portrait arrived with a broken frame. I contacted customer service and sent a picture of the damage. I also asked if the replacement could be of a bigger size and I’d pay the difference in price. Customer service took several days to respond but when they did, they agreed with my request. Several days went by and then I got an email saying my replacement had been processed. I asked if it in fact it was the next size up. Several days went by and I get a response saying no, the replacement was made for the same size. Just very disappointed with the response speed and also the company not following through with their word :(

This picture was a gift to friends who lost their dog unexpectedly. When I wasn't happy with the first print, I contacted customer service. Through all the steps, they were so patient and more than anything else, they wanted to make it right. I asked a couple times for a new invoice since they had gone above and beyond but they refused. The final picture was PERFECT. When I gave it to my friends, we all cried since it captured Sadie so beautifully. It is a gift that will be cherished.

I’m finding hard to actually be able to track my package and I live in the not greatest neighborhood so I’m trying to make sure i know exactly when it’s on it’s way so I can get it as soon as possible

The staff was very friendly and helpful to make my portrait right. They advised me of the progress of the edits and showed me examples. Very helpful

West & Willow did a great job with the art work!!! They had technical difficulty getting me my digital print, but were so gracious and did a personal follow up. Amazing product and customer service.
