I had previously ordered from West & Willow, picking their service for lots of reasons over other services. My first order came back alright, but my second order doesn’t look like my dog at all. Trying to get this company to return an email (that’s all they offer…another lousy service) is impossible. I sent 2 emails and no reply. Will not recommend this company, nor will I use them again

The art is nice. The service is very poor. I ordered a print plus digital download. I received the art but still have not received the digital download. Ridiculous that they digital print is taking longer that the printing and shipping of the art. Also, they asked for a review several days before I received the art which seems shady. Update: the comment from west and Willow below is a lie. They have not emailed me to resolve this issue. I have emailed them multiple times and they have not responded.

I was extremely pleased with the quality and the time it took to arrive! I plan to purchase more as Christmas gifts.

Love the portrait very pleased only minor issue is that the top of the frame the birch grain gave it a slightly off-centering look.
