I ordered a birch frame and received a black frame instead

I did a portrait for my sister-in-law of her sweet Lewie who recently passed away. It turned out so beautifully. I cried with her when she opened it. She loved the gift, and was so surprised. The process was incredibly easy, the photos arrived quickly, and they are perfect. The process was streamlined, efficient, and well-executed. I appreciated and bought the option to have digital downloads of my two prints as well, which is a great value. I would not change anything about my experience and recommend West & Willow for all pet lovers!

Very responsive and helpful customer service!

The original order was actually incorrect but the customer service, Camille, helped me rectify the issues and sent out replacement order. I wish they would send a proof before shipping the order so they don’t waste money replacing it. Either way I love the final products and the customer service!
