Very slow shipping even when paying extra to have the product rushed. No easy way to track the package - no email updates on shipping and they force you to download an app to track. Feels like a scam.

I had missed adding a digital download copy of the print that I had ordered. After contact the West and Willow team they were able to help with my request to pay the add on fee and receive a digital copy.

The portrait was adorable and the customer service top notch. I had one complaint and it was that a birthmark was missing from the portrait. They replaced it immediately, and it did not take long at all to get. I would totally recommend this company.

I had a portrait made a few years ago. Since then our beloved pup went to heaven, and I requested another portrait for myself. Just like the first one, it was perfect.

I ordered a cell phone cover. The texture is smooth plastic, not silicone. I miss the silicone BUT the artwork is very nice! The phone case is of excellent quality and shipping to Canada took only 9 days. The art took only 11 days prior to shipping so I’m pretty impressed with the ease of ordering, speed and quality. Just miss the silicone feel.
