I can’t see what my pictures look like in the order and I can download the picture that I paid extra for. I wanted to give it as the gift until the photo arrives and it’s very frustrating

Well...I have no idea what they are shipping. There was no preview of the image and I paid for the digital download but I don't have access to see the photo. I guess I have to wait until we get it in the mail.

I wasn’t a huge fan of the photo that I received in the mail of my pet. I contacted customer service to see if there was any way they could revise the image. They were more than accommodating and drew up several portraits until they made one that I was beyond happy with. Fantastic product, and absolutely amazing customer service. I will definitely be ordering from here again!
