Disappointing experience the second time around ordering! It’s been 4 weeks and they have not sent out of two portraits mind that we paid for skip the line X2! Customer service is we awful, over it’s been such a frustrating time experiencing and I have no idea when I’ll get my order.

I didn’t have to talk to the company because the picture came in a good amount of time and turned out SO cute

Wrong item was sent but the team was fast to fix the issue and help with a replacement asap! Very pleased with the customer service!!

Ordered over a week ago, paid extra to be processed early, and selected an option saying arrival on September 13th. Haven’t heard a word of communication or even know if it’s been shipped.

Actually my rating is zero! This is the worst “painting” I’ve ever seen. It’s so weird how it is not even centered in the frame. It’s not even really painted. This is pathetic! I will definitely tell everyone I know to stay away from this scam!
