West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

Helpful staff and responsive

Great product, and great customer service. They quickly fixed some issues with my order. Would recommend.

Easy to upload and order.

This pet portrait is incredible. I was scared at first because I wasn’t sure what the final product would look like until I received it today in the mail but it is perfect! I gave a lot of thought at what company and west and willow was the right choice! It also came very fast and it was an easy process choosing the frame and background. Again, I want to say thank you to the artist at west and willow who drew my Bailey Boy he is perfect!

This came out better than I expected! I absolutely love it and how my Cooper looks.

The site was very easy to use. Love the look of the products. Can't wait get the framed photo to honor my sweet pup.

Too many pop ups and add on options. A simplistic ordering process would be better.

I ordered a 24x18 with white background & walnut frame, and it came out amazing! The one thing I wished is that you could get a preview of the print emailed prior to creation and shipping, just to make sure that the photos selected for upload are the best option. Aside from that, I still give it 5 stars because of the quality and final product.
