Print was exceptional. The only thing I was disappointed with, was the name was printed too small for the picture. Shipping was quick and it arrived in perfect condition.

The support email person was amazing. I informed them that my hamster had passes and they were very kind and understanding that I didn't have the greatest pictures.

I had ordered an 8 x 10 and then emailed to let them know I choose the wrong size and to make my order the larger one. I received and email that the request went through. I even think I was charged for the larger size BUT I received the 8 x 10. The art is great but the size was wrong. I have the emails.

Very easy to order and the process went smoothly. Cannot wait to get my phone case! Portraits will be my next purchase!
