The artist did a nice job of reproducing the colors of Larry my neighbor’s dog in this gift for them. I think they will be happy to hang it with pride, and I am happy to be able to gift it to them knowing it is a beautiful photo. I had a very good experience with the customer service department with West and Willow.

Absolutely love the way the differences in my 2 dogs were captured in the picture.

So far the service has been fantastic. I’ve had to have some communication with their support team regarding an error on my part and they’ve been prompt and efficient. Excited to see the end product!

I don’t like the fact that I did not get a preview of what it might look like. What if I don’t like it?

Hi Karen, Thanks for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry your experience didn’t match your expectations. As of the moment, we don't have a system set up for preview yet. We are still working on making some internal changes based on your recommendations. 👍🏼

The discount code was useless. I receive too many emails from them. It's just a constant bombardment of ads.

Hi Levi, We are very sorry for the confusion. Upon checking your order, the discount code was already applied.
