Juan was very very very helpful! I made 2 mistakes and Juan was quick to cancel my first order so I could correct it and get the second mistake taken care of. This company is very accommodating and kind throughout the process of ordering! 10/10 recommend!!!

I just love West and Willow portraits. I recently bought one for a friend. And even though there was a crack in the frame due to shipping error, your customer service responded to 1) re-doing the artwork 2) shipping promptly.

So easy to use the website. This is the second time I have ordered. First time I was completely satisfied. I know I will be this time too!

I had a difficult time entering photo and no place to ask questions about how you will crop the photo to eliminate background details or if it will be a whole body or head shop
