This is the 3rd piece I have ordered form you and as always, it's beautiful and my son and his wife loved the piece! The communication from this company is always on point and much appreciated. If you want something special for a pet lover, this is the gift!

Wonderful customer service. Had forgotten to add a free mug to my order. WestandWillow added it to my order, in a timely manner.

Easy to use order system. The only issue I had was applying the discount code; it didn't allow me to finish inputting it before it finished the transaction. I did email customer service & hoping they can assist.

I am so very pleased with the quality of work and the fast turn around. I had ordered the first portrait for my daughter and was so impressed I ordered one of a ferret for our other daughter. After receiving the second portrait. I am so impressed with the work I orders 2 more portraits. One for our 3rd daughter and one for us. I can't wait to see the results.
