The dog portraits were perfect, and I can’t wait to see my daughter open it for Christmas! There was a small issue with the coloring of one of the dogs, but the issue was quickly and perfectly resolved. Very responsive and friendly customer service.

Quickly responded to my inquiry (I must have removed digital copy at checkout) and remedied the issue immediately with the creation of an invoice and creating the copy.

I was worried about not seeing a preview of the product but the portrait and mug of my cat came out better than I expected. I absolutely love it so much - I wish I had more pets to get portraits of! The customer service is also incredible, I hardly ever leave reviews on my purchases but West & Willow really impressed me.

It was easy to order. Too bad I couldn't see a preview of what it might look like?? Also, nothing about how long to ship until after order is placed. Looking forward to receiving it. Thanks

Hi Berit, We're so glad to know that you find the order process easy to do! Also, as of the moment, we don't have a system set up for preview yet. We are still working on making some internal changes based on your recommendations. 👍🏼

VERY poor quality for $140. It's poster like material with not even a glass frame. Will be throwing in garbage because the dog doesn't even look like the picture. Highly disappointed.

Hi Dana, We are very sorry about that. Upon checking, your replacement order was already delivered.
