I loved the portrait, and it shipped within a week of ordering. It was just what I was expecting.

The picture I sent does not reflect the finished product. No tear in the ear as in the photo. Disappointed. For the $ and what is offered, I would have waited until after the holiday to present the gift.

The pet portrait I ordered turned out just ok. There’s no proof feature so you really don’t know how it will turn out until you receive the product. Be careful with the photo you submit - I loved the photo I sent in, but turns out it doesn’t look great as a digital drawing/painting. The dog’s head looks misshapen. Love the concept, but it needs some tweaking.

Very disappointed with the Coffee Cup I received in the mail today. I sent you a picture of my neighbors dog and the Cup I received looks nothing like the photo I sent to you. I would be embarrassed if I were to give this to her. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Dissatisfied customer my review would be a F

The portrait they did of my daughter and son in law’s dogs is so good! Their personalities were perfectly captured. What a really fun gift to give them. I had some questions when I made the order, and the customer service people went above and beyond to help me. I was kept informed of the status of my order. Great company!

I know my daughter is going to love the picture!
