No proof is shown of the image submitted and then only after the order is placed does it tell you it’ll be a month to produce/deliver and you have 30 min to cancel.

they have no phone number... you can not contact them- they did end up fixing/ canceling the order but i am very Leary of a company with no phone number.

They are amazing! Unfortunately due to my own error the portrait arrived not as I would have liked. Andrian from the support team was with me every step of the way to get the issue resolved. I couldn’t be more appreciative and thankful. Ps the first picture was absolutely gorgeous, it was only a color issue due to my own error!! Im actually keeping it for myself and going to gift the new one as I had planned 😊

They responded the same day and fixed my issue even before responding which was so nice. Timely customer service and very kind staff.

I purchased a portrait which was beautiful. My problem is the frame. Someone carelessly attached the frame hanger at a sharp angle so the frame will not hang straight. To take it out would ruin the frame so I will need to go to the store and purchase another frame. Just a costly mistake. Before I received this order, I purchased another portrait but without the frame. I'm very happy with the portrait work.

We were updated on when the product was shipped which was so important at Christmas time. It came!

Horrible quality. The frame didn’t even touch all the way around. For an item valued at almost $90 you would think the quality would be better. Will not buy from again.
