Very disappointed. Photo did not depict the "age" of our old boy, he has grey around the mouth and the picture we received showed nothing of it.

When I got this in the mail I wanted to tear up. Perfect gift and the picture looks exactly like my dogs. I wish I would’ve seen a preview but I also am just not a patient person because I was so excited! Lol. I will definitely be purchasing more in the future for friends/family’

I have ordered 3 times from West and Willow,but I won’t be ordering again. My first experience was great. The second order was done incorrectly twice before I got what I ordered. It was a gift ,that ultimately was late. Very disappointing. My most recent order arrived quickly, but again had an issue with a bar code visible in the framed print. Now again, the replacement won’t arrive in time for the intended Christmas gift. I’ll find a new company the next time I’m looking for this type of product. The only positive note is customer service responded promptly.
