The mug was adorable and I can’t wait to give it as a Christmas gift!

My dog is dying of cancer and this will be a precious reminder of how much we love him. Y’all did a great job!

The mug is nice, but we got the larger one and the picture and the name are very small compared to the mug. Also, I don’t think the mug was worth the $75 I ended up paying which included shipping.

I loved that it was such a quick process to upload your picture and pick the matting and frame color. What I didn’t like is that there was no preview sent before it was made. My dog has a half blue eye and it wasn’t in the finished product. Also she is black, white and grey so the white background blends in with her white fur. If there was a preview we could have made those changes before. Overall I love the art but not fully satisfied.

West and Willow went beyond what I expected when UPS delivered my picture to the wrong house. They quickly responded unlike UPS and sent out a replacement. Will recommend and be back!

I ordered a poster print for a family member who recently lost their dog, I was a little worried because the photo I sent in wasn’t the best one and a little difficult to make out but it turned out so so perfect!! Shipping was fast, I got recent updates on the order, and am very happy with my order!!
