Great experience with customer service

I ordered a coffee mug with a picture of a black lab. The cup arived promptly, but no facial features showed up on the black shape of a dog. The company requested more photos and details of what needed improvement. Within a week, a new coffee mug arrived with much improved facial features.

Easy ordering process. Would be helpful to see a draft before processing payment. Disappointing that I spent $114 and was not eligible for free shipping with a promo code.

It was an okay portrait. It got the features of my dog spot on but the color was wrong. His body and majority of his facial fur was grey in color when he is actually brown.

Not a good experience at all! I ordered a picture and realized within seconds that my auto fill put in the wrong address I wrote customer support right away within the 30 minute time frame it tells you you have and several times after with absolutely no response and they delivered to the wrong address and I have no way of recovering the product. I can’t believe I made so many attempts to contact them and not any response at all. It was a special gift for my fiance and now I’m left empty handed

The artwork of the dogs looks just like them! It also arrived much faster than anticipated.

My pictures look EXACTLY like my 2 Sphynx cats. I can’t wait to give them to my husband Christmas Eve.

Absolutely terrible. Looks like a first graders art work project. It came wrinkled with crooked edges. Do not purchase from this company.
