The artwork came out better than I expected. My wife is going to love this as a Christmas gift. My only reason for not giving a 5-star rating is that I think their process could be better. They only allow 1 photo to be sent in and you don’t get to see it before they ship it, yet they guarantee satisfaction, but it would be so much easier to allow customers to view a proof and provide any change requests before shipping the print. Now I’m in a bit of a scramble to get the background color changed and reprint which is going to cost me more time and money than if they shared with me first. Otherwise I highly recommend. The quality is of the art is excellent if you like an illustrated look for your pet.

First one arrived with a deep scratch in the plexiglass. Second one arrived with a wrinkle in the print and the hanger on the back positioned on the wrong side! I will not order from this company again. Disappointing!!

Purple hair - looks like the dogs. Except one has purple through his hair.

Super easy & fast shipping Unfortunately my good friend recently lost her pup of 12 years. I decided to do a portrait as a gift for Christmas. The portrait exceeded my expectations by 1000%!!!!!! It is absolutely beautiful! I will be ordering large scale portraits for my two fur babies to hang in my stairway. I could not recommend this company enough!
