Bad, very bad, i dont' receive my pillow and i wait ince more long time, never I buy on the West & Pillow, because the same situation de last Christmas

I ordered a picture of my boyfriend’s parents dog that recently passed. When it delivered, my boyfriend wasn’t sure if it looked like their dog. I requested a new portrait to be made and West&Willow were on it super quick. They remade the portrait with no charge and sent me a preview before putting it into production. I received the new portrait with no extra cost. My boyfriend’s parents were so thrilled with the results.

The order was fulfilled in a very timely manner. Design closely represented our dogs, however, scale was off quite a bit. We purchased art with two dogs and our 100 lb. GSD looks equal or maybe slightly smaller than our 18 lb. Australian shepherd miniature. Gift and gesture was appreciated by recipient.

i had a wonderful experience with this company. my first portrait was lost in the mail and they addressed my issue with genuine concern and care and in a very timely manner. i was able to receive a one time replacement, which arrived very quickly (and safely!) to me and i was able to give this gift to my husband for christmas. it is of his 16 year old chihuahua who we had to say goodbye to in september, and it took his breath away when he opened it. it is a beautiful portrait done very well and in a nice frame and it now hangs on our wall for all of us to see. thank you so much, west and willow, for a beautiful memorial portrait, and for your outstanding customer service. i will be a repeat customer in the future and i will recommed you to anyone i know looking for a pet portrait.

The portrait looks exactly like the photo provided! I ordered as a last minute Christmas gift and received in less time than expected! I have already recommended West and Willow to my family and friends. I will definitely order another portrait soon!

I ordered my item a day after the date to get it shipped in by Christmas unknowingly. Still, I was able to email and correspond with Bianka (customer rep) to get this to my girlfriend by Christmas. She (and I) was blown away, truly. Very very thankful for by far the best gift.

I am beyond happy, satisfied with not only the quality but the customer service I received when I had a concern. Catherine from the care team was incredibly kind, helpful, and so quick to resolve any issue. I have ordered 4 portraits total. They have been wonderful gifts!
