Good quality and nice memory. A little pricey but not unmanageable.

Paid extra to have it shipped by Christmas. Had a very disappointed little girl when it did not come by Christmas and they did nothing to remedy it. Just continued to send me the tracking information showing it will arrive 2 days later. Very disappointed with customer service. Not sure what the product will look like since I still have not received it.

I can't give an honest review until I see what happens with the complaint on broken frame.

I am very pleased excellent customer service when I had a problem with my order. Our grand puppy’s eyes were not just quite right and the West and Willow team took care of it pronto! The end result = SUPER SUCCESS! Our daughter LOVED her gift. Highly recommend!

Very accomodating when it comes to accepting requests and revisions.

I loved the digitally enhanced photo/print of my sister's dog. However, for the price of the item ($97.77 with tax and shipping for a 12x16 portrait), the quality of the frame could have been way better. I was certainly surprised when the package with the portrait arrived and it was super lightweight. The frame is cheap and cheapens the portrait's quality and is absolutely not worth $100.
