West & Willow has amazing customer service. My order arrived a little earlier than expected and although it was damaged they were quick to replace it. I also wasn't sure about the photo I had submitted, but West & Willow customer service assured me the artist would be able to use either photo and the resulting image was just beautiful.

Ordering was quite easy. My experience with customer service was great, very helpful, answered all my questions, and follow up was thorough. Shipped on schedule and arrived well in time for the holiday. Very pleased with the product, highly recommend!

Picture perfect!

After finally getting the redone version of the pic of our dog, the mug arrived smashed, the replacement mug has a very grainy pic that isn’t even properly centred on the mug. The new version of the framed print is cute, but the frame itself is poor quality and is coming apart in the corners. Now I have to go out and buy a new frame. I give up 🤷♀️. This company doesn’t understand what the words quality control mean. Save your money, or just invest a few dollars in an app from the AppStore that will transform your photo for you and print it yourself. It will ultimately save you time and you will get what you want with less disappointment.

I was very happy with the final product. There was an issue with the first one I received but the customer service was excellent and they addressed the issue and re-sent my frame so that I received it in time for Christmas.

It was very easy to upload the photos and good to know that if the photo's weren't good to use that they would contact you to get another one.
