I’m pretty sure you made the mug with a different picture of my dog than the one sent. This picture was one I had done with you in the past. I’m pretty sure I sent you a picture with my dog wearing the bandana?? Did you leave that off?

Moe was very helpful with my issue about my portrait and flexible with working with my request. Responses were prompt and I was updated throughout the revision process.

Placed an order back in oct, it’s December 26th, haven’t received shipping information, or response to email. Very disappointed

There was a chip and crack and sent message and never heard back

Customer service was fast and very helpful. I sent email with a question and received a quick and thoughtful response back. Customer service continued to walk me through my order process until it was completed.

The picture was adorable and can super fast at Christmas time! My mother-in-law was super happy with her gift

Quality work and prompt delivery. I bought as a Christmas gift for my son and his girlfriend and they loved it! I’m having difficulty downloading the digital download, but I have submitted a work ticket and have no reason to believe they won’t be able to follow through.

Haven’t received print so still waiting
