It is absurd that it took so many attempts to get it right when they had the photo of the dog.

The pictures turned out amazing and the customer service was top notch!

This company is top notch!! They definitely stand by their product....if you're not 100% in love with the final piece....tell them what's wrong and they make it right. It's such a pleasure to work with a company that stands by it's words and wants their customers to be in "total love" with the end result. I had a couple of issues with my picture and they made it better. It was a pleasure doing business with them and I will definitely be back for more and also will tell anyone with pets that the love...about West & Willow!!! 5 stars all the way!!!!!

Ordering process was a bit confusing. The order confirmation did not show the picture I had uploaded, leading me to think that something had gone wrong. An email from West Willow clarified the confusion. Prompt response from customer service. I look forward to receiving the portrait and the mugs.

The customer service was wonderful! My picture was so great we ordered a second one!!! Due to our reorder they gave us a discount!

Your customer service is the worst thing ever had these sevral years! Without shipping the products, keep sending promo emails everyday and asking for good comment is not the right things to do!!! Shame on you!

The uploading of photo was super easy and the products came out amazing! I ordered a framed portrait and a pillow case with my Libby's picture on it. Loved them. BONUS surprise was the pillow case had her image on both sides. I WAS a little confused, maybe I didn't read carefully but the pillow case was just that, it had no pillow in it. Based on the photo of the product, I just assumed it came with the pillow. ALSO, I pd extra for a "×1 digital download" ..I don't really know where to find that as there wasnt a zip file that I could find. Overall, loved products!
