I cannot even to begin to express how much I love the portrait I got of my Frenchie Beans! West and Willow did an outstanding job and I couldn't be happier. Not only is the art work perfection but the customer service is above and beyond. 100% worth every penny!

It was easy to upload my photo, I received timely updates as it processed and shipped, and it arrived quickly and looks beautiful.

I placed an order for the second time as I got another pet, the colors/shading was off. It did not look at all like my first purchase. To have to go back and forth for over 3 weeks is insane! I suggested to send preview of order, they say they are not there yet to do so. I asked for a refund, that can’t to that. I had no understanding, no customer service and no refund. I had to accept what they provided I currently and I am still waiting on artwork, it was not even expedited. I will never purchase again.

ordered a portrait for christmas on November 15th in hopes of receiving it before xmas as a gift. it’s currently Jan 18th and it’s estimated to get here jan 30th… I understand it’s a busy season but it specifically states “during busy periods it may take up to 4 weeks” it’s been 10 weeks :/ Thankfully they have made and sent a new one but were slow to reply and was a bit of a hassle. My friend ordered in the past and had a good quick experience which is why I ordered from here so could just be a one time thing!

The first picture we got had inaccuracies. They replaced the image after speaking to two separate people. The second image arrived and the frame was broken. Still waiting to get a perfect product.

The image I received was really beautiful but the eye color of one of the animals was not the right one. I contacted them and they immediately offered to make the necessary corrections. The result is now perfect. They have super good customer service. Special thanks to Bianca. I highly recommend.
