Customer service is top notch! When I had a concern over my pet’s portrait, they easily resolved the issue with my assistance and I am now receiving a new print at no cost. Very happy!

They were prompt and took care of my issue

I was happy when I received our artwork but not thrilled. Something just not right! Our Newfoundland, Bernese and cockapoo were all the same size. Personalities were shown accurately and colours perfect but just that nagging “just not right!” When I reviewed the purchase stating this, it was immediately following by “what can we do to make it right.” I have approved the new artwork and can not wait to see the SIZE PERFECT PRINT. I am very happy with the efforts made to ensure we are completely satisfied with our purchase.

I wasn’t 100% happy with my pet portrait but they reached out for feedback so I shared my thoughts. My portrait was swiftly updated, emailed to me to confirm I was happy then sent free of charge.

Had a mixup on one of the details of my purchase, and when contacting support, they got it fixed quick with a new order shipped to me. The best customer service!
