West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

Absolutely love this company! Reached out to them about a lost package and they instantly responded and were able to help sort everything out! I’ve bought multiple things from them and couldn’t be happier!!

I loved what I saw on West and Willow regarding pet portraits. I ordered one for my daughter’s birthday. When I received it, the background color was wrong. I was disappointed. I contacted them and they graciously agreed to send me another print with the correct background color. You can’t beat that kind of customer service!!!

I'm excitedly waiting for my order & hopefully give a gazillion start review.

Can't wait to see the picture mug and cell phone case. Very excited to see how it turns out.

No option for a gift message or who the sender is. Now I have to spoil the gift and let the recipient know to look out for it in the mail. Wasn’t told this until after checkout and payment. Unsatisfied and would get a refund if I could.

Had a picture made for my sister for Xmas and it came out beautiful. Just order last week a picture for myself.

The painting came out beautifully. My sister loved it!

The photo shipped very quickly and I was so happy with how it turned out!
