West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

The website was easy to navigate and the finished product was very detailed and accurate to my pets’ appearance and personalities.

Beautiful gift and excellent customer service! Highly recommend.

My buying experience has been fine but my rating will depend on the product which I have not seen yet. Ask me then.

Great quality product and fast shipping. I bought a pillow cover for a friend who has to say goodbye to her senior dog. She loved it and it made her smile. I will definitely buy again.

This is not my first West and Willow purchase. And they did not fail to deliver an awesome picture again!

We ordered a frame with 3 animals on it. The two were amazing but the third didn’t look good at all. The first two were very realistic and the third looks very cartoon like. I thought If the pictures we took weren’t working well then I would’ve been contacted for a different one like the website said. I’m a little disappointed about the third animal but love the rest of it.

Customer service was able to do exactly what I requested and promptly.

Words cannot describe how pleased I am for this to have come out as amazing as it did! It’s absolutely beautiful!
