The colors didn't reflect the actual picture as advertised. Disappointed. Looks like last minute rush order and put any color they could find. The creme specially.

Absolutely amazing artwork and customer service. I placed an order but wasn’t completely satisfied with how one of my dogs turned out, however, the support team was extremely helpful and quick to work with me on getting me a new portrait. I ordered the art of our sweet dog, Lucy, who passed away a few months ago, as a gift for my husband at Christmas. There was something that didn't quite work for us so I contacted the West & Willow Customer Support Team and exchanged emails with Andrian. Andrian was very responsive and wanted to know exactly what they could do to fix it for me. They listened and we ended up with a perfect piece of art that now adorns our wall. The posters are amazing. So amazing that I’ve gone back to purchase one for all my dogs. One time there was a promotion for a free coffee mug, something I didn’t know I needed until I received it. Well. We added a puppy to the family recently so back I go to order another poster (and mug now that I know how much I love them) for him. My husband mentioned how nice it would be to have mugs for all the dogs which prompted me to email their customer support. Ralph was terrific in quickly responding back to me that he found all our previous photos (going back 4 years!) and that he would get the mugs ordered for us. His customer service was great, and I don’t hesitate one bit recommending this company.
