West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

I wasn’t happy with my dogs portrait and you made me another one with such kindness and understanding and I love it!! Thank you so much 😊

I’m giving 4 stars because unfortunately the names of my dogs are mixed up over them. I had emailed to ensure the names were placed correctly as I ordered a picture of both of my dogs together. The picture is great! I love how it turned out…but Darwin’s name is above Ringo’s picture and vice verse. Bummer but still so cute!

Loved it! Came out beautiful

Amazing customer service! Item arrived damaged and they replaced it quickly and easily.

They captured our pets perfectly and their products were high quality. I also worked with their customer support and they were quick to respond, extremely professional, and great to work with.

My pet portrait turned out better than I hoped, I love it!!

West & Willow promptly responded to the issue raised, proposed a solution and quickly followed through. This involved a correction to a pet portrait. They replaced the item with a corrected portrait which was greatly appreciated.

Perfect gift
