Easy to do on my phone. Won't know if I like it till I see it.

I ordered a portrait mid December for a Christmas gift and recieved a portrait of some random dogs. Christmas ruined. Then when finally get confirmation of the correct portrait, the frame I wanted wasn't available. I chose the cheap white one. Still haven't recieved it or a response to my email about being compensated. I'm disgusted with this whole expensive transaction.

The customer service is great! I accidentally order the wrong size picture and when I messaged about changing they got back to me right away and were able to change the size right away! The picture came out great!
