I placed an order #498988 on 11-27-23 for a Christmas delivery. It is now 1-29-24 and have not received anything or been contacted as to when the portrait shipped. Keep getting promos to buy more but haven't received the first order I placed. Very frustrating! Please get back to me regarding this order.

I loved the paint. One of my puppies recently passed so being able to see a painting so realistic to him made me very happy. I loved it!

Your service was very timely and I was always kept updated as to progress. When I let you know that I was not totally pleased with the end result, you immediately made sure that I would get a corrected version of what I asked for with no questions asked.

Turned out as a beautiful memorial of our dogs. The turnaround was quick and we were updated throughout the process. I would highly recommend to others and will definitely use again in the future!

Exceptional customer service!! They are attentive and caring! The artwork is to die for. I just love my little Gizmo framed!
