Our pictures are perfect! We love them so much!

I ordered two prints, and while they’re good, they're not great. And definitely not worth the price tag, in my opinion. It’s also been over a month and I still haven’t received the digital download I purchased as an add-on. I’ve reached out to customer service and have gotten no response after two weeks.

I received my 2nd print; 3 pets. I was thrilled with the middle dog but the outer 2 cats weren’t quite right. I emailed stating what I wasn’t happy with. I quickly received a response; days later received an updated proof that was much more to my likings for approval and shortly after an email saying my new print was in its way!

I have received as a gift a framed portrait of my Bulldog after he passed and I loved it. I also ordered one for a daughter in law when her dog passed she was so excited when she saw it. Now I just ordered another for another daughter in law I am sure she will love the memories of her pup. West and Willow do a fabulous job with orders and delivery they do a stellar job.

Loved the picture…turned out perfect!!!

The dog is clearly in apricot color in the picture I sent. But the design comes back in grey. Super disappointed

I had an issue with the original print and West and Willow did all they could to make the corrections I needed. Not I have the perfect print of my Great Dane. Thank you!

Have reviewed no information on status of order. Is it complete? Has it shipped? How long does this take?
