Ordering the pic on the app…easy The hardest part was selecting the right picture of Parker (now in heaven) our fur baby. Once I receive the beautiful art work I'll rate the final product🐾🫶🏼

I typed in an incorrect address and I have been trying to get in touch with the company to get it corrected. There is no phone number to call and emails are not being responded to in a timely manner. In addition I never received a copy of what my order would look like upon completion to ensure I was satisfied with the product.

Hi Tawnya, I have found a number of email threads with you, all of which have been responded to. We use a ticketing system to ensure nothing gets missed, but I do not doubt what you are saying and I apologize as our system must have failed us on this occasion.

While they did a decent job with the art, the picture arrived rolled up (because I didn’t buy the overpriced frame setup) and was creased. So, that completely detracted from the actual piece because it’s kind of ruined. I’ll never be able to get those creases out.

At the beginning of my request to redo the creepy human like eyes on my Cavachon picture customer service was horrible and gets a 0! Then Merdae started replying and she was amazing with help and communication. Maybe she should retrain the first person. Thanks to Merdae!

Easy to order can’t wait for the arrival 🥰

The ordering process was easy and the product is good. The only complaint I have is that my dog is white and the dog picture I was sent shows a tan dog. I also got a pic with two dogs and my miniature schnauzers head is bigger than my Sheepadoodle who weighs 60 lbs more.
Response from West & WillowFeb 23, 2024
Hi Shannan, We're sorry to hear you are unhappy with your artwork! Different factors can affect the final outcome including shadows or filters on photos. We would like the opportunity to investigate your feedback further.

I have been trying for 2 months to get my correct order. The first one was incomplete. The second one was mailed with a BROKEN FRAME! They talk a good game, but they DO NOT deliver. Don't waste your money with West and Willow. There are other companies who do this same kind of work.

Hi Mary, Thanks for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry your experience didn’t match your expectations. It was an uncommon instance. We would like the opportunity to investigate your feedback further.

It’s perfect! I bought this for friends that recently had to put their dog down after her cancer had spread to her lungs. This print is beyond special and I know they are going to absolutely love it ❤️ thank you
