There was a typo on my original image and process to get it fixed was so easy. Excellent customer service! The images are adorable and I know my family will love it.

When one of my two pictures did not come out well, this company was quick to make the correction and did a beautiful job. I will use them many times in the future to send gifts to friends and family. Beautiful work and great customer service

I was so excited and couldn’t wait for these pics to hang up in my living room immediately! Received both pictures and the frames are separated, leaving space and they look awful! I do love the actual pics of my animals but for the price I paid for these I expected stronger, sturdier frames! I can purchase the same frames at Michaels. I emailed customer service and I am waiting for a resolution.

My dogs don't have any definition. You can barely see their eyes. Definitely not like what's shown on advertisements. Before sending the photo you should email a copy to to assure customer is happy
