I still have no shipping date or email or anything. It’s been weeks with zero communication even when I asked

tracking for my package was inaccurate, there was no information when my product was going to be delivered until it was at my door. the portrait of my pet is completely wrong and does not look like the picture i provided. nor did anyone from the team reach out to verify the portrait before shipping out. deliver takes 2/3 weeks and now i am unable to provide the portrait to the person as their gift since i have to ask for a replacement. very disappointed with the service and this company.

The support team was very polite, but they didn’t always give me the answer I was looking for.

Frame came in scratched. Took a while and lots of back and forth. I asked them to make it a size larger since they had to remake and they said No.
