Customer service was great and loved the picture.

Amazingly, the picture I sent is exactly as I expected, and the laughter was even better than I anticipated when I opened the box. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a portrait!

The photo looked much different than photos I’ve ordered in the past so it does not match them and it came incredibly wrinkled. Overall very disappointed. Had two previous prints from here that I loved but this one was an epic fail.

Arrived well packaged, speedy, beautiful fabrication and quality embroidery work. Fit perfect. We were happy!

My first order was great! Came within a reasonable time. My last order took 9 weeks to get my order. After 6 weeks I contacted them about my order and I was told no pictures or names were uploaded ( but you can’t complete an order without those…strange). Nobody contacted me to say anything. After I got a hold of a lady she was very nice but the whole process was painful and disappointing.

Outstanding quality work. Came out great! The art is good and the hardware is top quality. I got a print and a mug. It takes a few weeks to get your print, there isn’t much communication during that time.

This was beautiful and I will be purchasing more from here!
