I ordered a memorial portrait of my pet w/halo and a digital copy. The portrait I received was not a memorial piece. It’s only a portrait of my dog which did turn out nice but no halo and no dates I put on the order. I also never received the digital copy. I emailed support about the digital copy after it was in the process of being sent but have not received a reply.

The product is great for the most part. I have received my physical portrait already which looks gorgeous. I emailed regarding my digital copy they said it would come when it was delivered, but it didn’t. I then emailed back and have gotten no response which upsets me since I paid extra for that.

I love how the photo came out! The frame also did not feel cheap. Sturdy material and fast shipping !

We love our photo of our Ninah girl. Ordering was easy and we received the print within a week.
