West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

What a beautiful and accurate recreation of my favorite picture of my soul dog.

The picture I ordered turned out perfect!

Amazing tribute to our dog. Looks exactly like him. Thank you West & Willow!

You completely captured the look of my dear sweet Bootsie who recently passed away.

The products you offer are amazing. I love the picture of Nugget you sent me! Thank you, Jodi

This company goes above and beyond. I asked them to make changes to one of my portraits four time. Each time, they responded quickly and pleasantly. The end result is I have two gorgeous portraits that I am very happy with.

Very quick, great communication and picture looks just like my dog. So cute!!

I love the picture of my dog, and it didn’t take too long to get to me. There was one problem, however, which was that I bought just the picture, not a frame with it. It came carefully packaged in an appropriate box but was no longer in a complete roll. Instead, it had somehow been compressed into more of a triangle which left creases on the picture. Please come up with a different way to load and/or package when the product purchased does not include a frame. Thank you.
