When I received the picture at first it looked nothing like my dog. I emailed customer service and they were amazing! They sent me two different proofs and kept contact with me through the entire process. Now, I am SO happy with my picture! It looks JUST like my dog.

I am very happy with this purchase! I ordered on 8/9/24 and received it on 8/20/24. I bought this for my cat Luna, she passed early this August 2024 from a tumor in her bladder. This just brought a little joy to my life since pet grief is never easy. This picture is now hanging above my bookshelf where her ashes are. Thank you West & Willow!

What this company excels at is customer service. Firstly, the portrait of my pet came quick. HOWEVER, the portrait was honestly...terrible. So I immediately contacted customer service and they were very quick to respond to me and immediately get working on a replacement at NO additional cost. They delivered to me an excellent replacement that was absolutely perfect. It is truly now one of my favorite gifts I've given. This company will take care of you if you are not happy with the first draft of your portrait!

I ordered a custom 3 dog portrait of my puppy Josie, my family dog Karma, and my now passed on family dog Krash. Karma and Krash look amazing! Josie however left me a little sad and confused. The digital artist did not translate my puppy Josie appropriately. The portrait I received has Josie with two blue eyes. She has heterochromia (her left eye is green and her right eye is blue). The heterochromia is visible in the photo submitted of her.

Thank you for the work. I ordered 3 portraits for my dogs. They all look awesome. I almost cried when I received them. The portraits really comfort my heart for my dogs who across the rainbow bridge 🤧
