West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

Third time ordering and service/quality is amazing!

I love how my picture turned out! It captures all the details of my fur babies. It’s a staple piece in our home now.

The item came folded, why would you not mail it flat? I requested a replacement and a different dog was sent. I requested ANOTHER replacement and it was sitting idle for weeks. You guys prioritize customer service but lack in quality and execution, you also hold zero accountability.

Online storefront is difficult, when error occurs & there’s no telephone # to call, it delays potential problems further. I did not think it was a user friendly website communicating problems after an order was processed incorrectly. However, support does get back within a few days. Had a problem gifting a photo and billing to a different address. I also was not satisfied with the color tones on the gifted portrait & West & Willow made it 100% right. They truly stand behind their product. I would order again and recommend to others.

Very impressed the pictures looks just like both dogs and my nephews dog will recommend this company to everybody

It’s perfect it captures my girls perfectly!!

Ordered a picture of my friend’s dog that passed and she was so touched! Said they captured Rosie’s eyes perfectly! Perfect gift—Arrived quickly!

This turned out to be so very very beautiful. Truly captured my dogs. Thank you so much! I’ll be ordering again soon!
