The art was fantastic and I paid extra for the quick ship and it did arrive quite fast!

They didn’t provide proactive updates with the order and kept sending upsale emails and SMS even though I hadn’t received my order. When I finally received it, I didn’t like how they illustrated one of the dogs (they put way too much shadow under the dog’s eyes). They don’t provide proofs, so now I can’t do anything about it.

The ordering process was straightforward and I love the finished product. I can't wait to get it framed and hung up.

The picture of Sarge came out great and shipped fast! So excited to give it to my husband for his birthday!

It was ok…but could have been any poodle…didn’t look especially like mine… oh well…

They did everything to satisfy me the customer. Had a problem with the delivery. They responded in a timely manner and resolved. We received the portrait and are extremely pleased. It looks just amazing!!
