West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

I am beyond thrilled with my experience with West and Willow! I ordered a custom portraits of all my pet, and it turned out even more beautiful than I imagined. The attention to detail captured my pet’s personality perfectly—the expression, the coloring, everything was spot on. The artwork is modern, stylish, and makes the perfect addition to my home decor. The ordering process was super easy, and shipping was quick and seamless. The packaging was also really well done, ensuring the portrait arrived in perfect condition. You can really tell they put love and care into every step. If you’re a pet lover or looking for the perfect gift for someone who is, I can’t recommend West and Willow enough. Their portraits are heartfelt keepsakes that you’ll cherish forever!

Max doesn’t have brown on him and I got in touch with my complaint and it was resolved within a day. And already have a new one in the works. And a gray one was showed to me.

I just wanted to say the portrait of my bobos made me start crying! My family and I recently lost both dogs (one to age and another to a car accident) all within the same year. So this made me cry and feel so happy to see their faces again in such an amazing colorful way. I love it. ❤️😭 Also I had a contact person named Sharon. She was really great and kept good communication with me. This means a lot to me! U guys are awesome! 🫶

There was an issue with my pets image. Customer service replied and said they’d send a new image for artwork approval. I emailed them that I hadn’t received the art proof and their reply was that my art replacement had been shipped. I then received a new coffee mug and no picture. Every single attempt at communication with this company has failed and I have still never received a replacement picture. I’d love a resolution option but am really at a loss with dealing with them. I so looked forward to my art but have been met with nothing but disappointment.

You never sent me an order number, any details or even had the kindness to reply to my two emails inquiring for an update. I saw some other comments and seems I'm not the only one. I'm still waiting one more day for a reply before I cancel my order altogether. This is ridiculous as this was a gift that will be super late.

I’ve ordered from the company in the past and had great communication and shipping. This time, my product has been delayed and I’m still waiting for customer service to get back to me about my request to cancel the order. It’s been disappointing compared to previous experiences.

Love the outcome of the photo I submitted. It made the perfect birthday gift my daughter wasn't expecting.

Incredibly lifelike and captured my dogs facial expression perfectly.
