West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

I have not received this item, nor have I gotten an update on when it might arrive.

You changed the colour of the original photo The inside of his ears should have been black not pink

Product I got a year or so ago was perfect. First one I got in recent order seemed way less thought out… they redid and it was better but still missed parts I wanted, even with feedback. Still looking forward to getting the new one but a bit disappointed.

Amazing! Their customer service is too notch. I ordered two pet posters. One turned out great and the other was very dark. I asked for an updated version with the picture being brighter and they fixed it. No additional charges!

The quality is amazing and the photo turned out beyond expectations!

I am very disappointed with the picture I ordered. I have purchased a picture previously and was so happy with it, I purchased another as a gift. The picture you have sent looks nothing like the image I sent you. You couldn't even get the eye colour correct! Will never recommend you to another person. You got 2 stars for the ease of ordering and quick delivery!

I gave some friends, a West & Willow dog picture of their goodest boi, who crossed over the Rainbow Bridge. They loved it, and love the beautiful memories that it will bring to their minds, every time they look at it

I've purchased several items - great products and customer service!
