Broken order

Do NOT waste your time or money with this company. My order arrived completely wrong. One of the dogs did not look right and the two dog names were completely wrong. I reached out right away to customer service a week ago and still have not heard a thing. I have tried getting in touch with customer service 3 times with no success. I strongly advise to take your money and business elsewhere.

The portrait I received didn’t match the image I sent. A detail was even added that my dog didn’t have. I reached out to get it fixed and it has taken double the amount of time to get it fixed. I don’t even have the new one yet and it’s been a month since I started the process. I think all requests should receive a proof before the portraits are shipped to avoid this issue. I had high expectations for this and was really excited, but have only been disappointed…

Fast and easy. Ordered on a Friday and had it the following Friday.

I ordered April 2nd and still have not received it and I can not find anyone to help me!

I still haven't received my order and the company is not sure when I'll get. Highly dissatisfied with the customer service. You can't speak with anyone on the phone. First and last time ordering. I am not recommending.

I placed an expedited order. It's been two weeks and they still don't have an update on my order. After reaching out to them various times for a status, I get an email that says "Hang in there". They also won't cancel my order and they can't be reached by phone. Do not buy from this company. I recommend Crown & Paw.

Bad communication. I’ve emailed a few times and have got nothing back. It’s been a month since I placed my order and it still says “ preparing shipment “ and every time I email to ask what’s going on I don’t get a response. I’m disappointed because this was a gift for my friend whose dog passed recently and I just want to know where the photo is. I’m sad to write this review but all I need is an email response so I’m hoping I get one soon considering I spent a lot of money.
