The portrait is okay, but two of my dogs don't closely resemble their photos. One's coloring is too dark and the other's too light. It would help if buyers could provide multiple photos with one chosen for painting to better capture color and temperament. I haven't received the digital download I ordered, and I can't find a way to access it.

The drawing of our dog turned out great! The detail, coloring and his expression are perfect! My only area for improvement is for the frame. It was not very good quality and wasn't glued well in one corner.

It’s been over a month since I ordered my pet portrait. I emailed to find out the status and was told my image and name didn’t upload and to please re-send (which I did). Another week later I email and ask for the status I was told there’s issues with processing and system issues. I was provided a “free digital version”. At no point were any of these issues brought to my attention by west and willow I had to email and keep asking the status. I still have NOT received my order or a shipping confirmation. I’m giving 2 stars because at least I do get an email back BUT this was a gift for a pet that had passed away and I’m very disappointed with the overall service and still not having received my purchase.

This was my 3rd order, I will not order from them again. It's been over 3 weeks in this non-holiday season and I haven't received either the print or digital copy. Even the agents that are trying to help don't have the delivery timeline.

Cute and good quality but I did not think the was worth the price. More background choices & having the pet larger or more centered would be nice!

Haven’t even received my order yet. It’s been “out for delivery” since April 17th. When I emailed your customer service on Saturday I was only told the tracking number which I already had. No help whatsoever.

Just don’t give them your email address and sign up. I get bombarded daily with marketing and have tried to unsubscribe for weeks

I will never understand why they don’t send a proof to approve before they send the portrait. Not doing so can end up disappointing the customer and causing West & Willow more money to redo the entire thing as in this case. I waited 10 days for the 1st disappointment and now the redo is in its 3rd week and has yet to be shipped. They are in no hurry to make their mistake right for the customer. I won’t be purchasing ever again until they advertise they send a ‘proof’ to approve before proceeding.
