West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

The mug I ordered broke accidentally at home, and they sent a replacement and a little discount for our troubles! Very thoughtful and appreciated

The customer service has been absolutely wonderful so far.

Still have not received my order. Why ask now

I still haven’t received my order so I’m not sure what I’m reviewing. Also no update has been provided

The website offered a discount if $100 was spent but it does not say it must be in US funds. the conversion rate is not shared. i spent $148 Cdn and it should have qualified. Very poor response from the team when asked via chatbox.

I loved the portraits as they accurately depict my children's pets. These are Christmas gifts so I'll have to wait a while to see their reactions, but I think they are great. I am confused as to why the portrait that I ordered first has not arrived yet. But maybe it's because that portrait had two animals and the others only one? Anyway, still waiting on one delivery but I'm sure it will be great. Thanks so much!

I LOVE my West & Willow portrait. They really captured every detail of our amazing 3 girls we miss so much. We’re now able to see our heavenly girls side by side again forever and we’re so grateful for that. Also wonderful customer service as well. Highly recommend, wonderful company!

Fast production and shipping unfortunately I wanted to have a souvenir of our cat who passed away 2 weeks ago. The illustration is nice but unfortunately doesn't look like our cat. It will go straight to a garage sale.
