There is no proof process in place at all, so whatever photo you upload is used and you don't get to preview, approve or view the art in any way before the final version is shipped to you. This seems like a really flawed process bound for many issues. I was also sent the completely wrong color frame, and the "resolution" process is still in progress - it's taken days and days to even get responses from customer support, and they're very slow to take responsibility or attempt to make things right. Very very delayed process. Will likely go through etsy in the future where there is more care put into the process.

Website is easy to use. Product delivered in a timely manner. My pup looks amazing!

Received a gift card from my sister after my dog passed, I couldn’t be more happy with framed artwork and mug I bought. Such a great way to make sure My Queen lives on forever, I put the picture right by her front window where she used to stand guard. Thank you for this amazing way to remember her.

Returning customer. Ordered last year and had a range of issues and delays, including lost delivery which then missed Christmas. Gave West and Willow another chance. I paid for skip the line again to meet Mothers Day order. 4 weeks later, nothing. No news. Continued to follow up. The team assisted to rectify the order that was not processed and it was delivered 7 weeks after ordering. Issues aside, both pictures are amazing and so loved by their recipient’s

I've purchased a few custom portraits from West & Willow over the years. They're fun and relatively inexpensive for customized pieces. W&W also has very good customer service. After an item in my most recent order arrived badly damaged, they promptly resolved the situation.

Haven't received my product yet but not impressed with them or their customer service.

Excellent service, product with image of dog was spot on. This makes an excellent gift to animal lovers as well as to yourself.
