My order came out perfect. You did an awesome job. Highly recommended

The pictures arrived quickly but they are just odd . I wish I could have previewed them before I spent the money on them . They kept the red wye that was on my one dog . And my GSP has no Merle spots like she does. They are just not right .

This was my 3rd dog portrait. And probably my last I will get from West and Willow. All the dogs always look sad. Certain features are not properly edited or drawn. I’m not sure that this is done by human but by a computer generation program. I would suggest going to Etsy or some other site.

The photo I sent had a dog toy that apparently altered the look of the one side of his face. I would've rathered had been asked to submit a new photo or left the toy in to show why the one cheek was strangely puffy. For the price, I would've expected someone to reach out vs. sending me the finished product that is not gift worthy.

Finished product came out great. Super fast shipping as well

I think it was a considerate thing for them to make a custom merch for their loved one’s. Recently my dog Luna sadly passed away because her kidneys were failing so we had to put her to sleep, but she rested peacefully.

I ordered two necklaces. One for me and one for my daughter of our recently departed pet. Only one necklace was shipped. I reached out to customer service via email with my order number as well as an image of the packaging and single necklace. Customer service then sent me to a form that asked me for the same information I already provided: name, email address, order number and image of item.
