I couldn't have asked for a better portrait.
Wow! Overjoyed with emotion. That's what I felt as I opened the package and saw my little girl's portrait. I am so proud and happy to hang it alongside her other pictures. But this one will be front and center.

Poor Quality
Although the picture itself is cute, the quality of the frame is really poor. The advertisement describes the frame as good quality but it is cheaply made. It has a plastic cover, not glass and each corner of the frame had exposed light coloured wood on the edges (this is really noticeable when I chose a dark frame). The customer service has been good. They responded to my first review and sent me a new frame straight away but unfortunately it was as bad as the first. Sadly, I don’t think it is worth the $150 I paid at all.

Not the best experience
Not the best experience. Originally ordered a picture of my first dog and it got soaked in the rain so they gave me a credit. Used it for my current dog and the size specs had changed so I got a tiny portrait instead of the original size from the first order. Customer service decided to give me a discount on a new order instead of just reprinting. Not overly impressed with my experiences.
